Magnolia Christmas

This card is also for a family member....Hope they like it..

love the colours of the paper very christmasis...

this magnolia is from last year just love her...

the fireplace is also from last year...to make the stockings

sparkle they have had glossy accents applied and then

sprinkled with diamond dust this gives it a lovely texture

and sparkle.....

the posietta is from orchid crafts(they have amazing flowers and trims

go and take a look) this was pulled apart to create 2 lots of petals

and leaves..they had glossy accents applied and where sprinkled

with diamond dust to give a frosted feel...the petals where then

put back together with a brad..the pin and other flowers

where also from orchid crafts...

to finish off I added a charm to the ribbon...thanks for looking

Christmas

Hi everyone have been very busy crafting

and trying to get ready for Christmas....still

got some shopping to do ....anyway onto the post...

you will have already seen this on a prior posting

I turned it into a card instead of a topper...think

it turned out OK...it's destine for a family member...

because of the height with the flowers have

had to make a box for it to go into...I decorated the box

with a punched out edge using a Martha

Steward punch.....this was the aged to tie everything

together...hope you like it...thanks for looking and feel

Still here

Hi everyone out there in the big world .....sorry for not posting in a

while....my intention when I started this blog was to post

every other day that never happens LOL!!!...anyway just a quick not

to my loyal followers I've not fallen off the ends of the earth....

I've been busy making orders for people but just not

had time to upload them to my blog....orders come in thick and fast

what with Christmas not far away.....anyway that's no excuse for not

posting....anyway will post some items I've been making later today...

anyway off now to do some jobs then crafting this afternoon

Hi everyone made some card toppers

for ebay and I'm quite pleased with

myself as one sold!!!!might only be one but

I think it's great that other people like

my work and are prepared to pay at little something

for them....anyway thanks for dropping by and

Another magnolia topper...love making these at the

moment...

isn't she adorable wrapped up in her winter scarf...

the background paper is amazing it's very touchy

feely...loads of snowflakes and swirls don't know

who it's by as had it for ages.......

the trees are a magnolia stamp so  is the bench

which she sits on...they where coloured in with promarkers

and copics....then carefully cut out and attached

with silicon glue....I then added some fluffy stuff to

look like snow....

the snowflakes in the corner are buttons that I cut the back

of and stuck one on top of the other to make it dimensional...

the roses are from orchid crafts and I've

add some stickles to make them sparkle...

the sentiment was printed on my computer...I

then edged it with some Tim Holt's walnut stain...

the background she stands on is a spellbinders

die called deckled edge...this was then stamped with

silent night which is from magnolia..the edges where then

aged with tim holts  walnut stain

the edge strip is from martha stewert...this was also aged

with tim holts walnut stain

I've have coloured her in with a mixture of copics

and promarkers...love how they work together

so well....

the lace is from my stash and was also given the aged apperance with

tim holts walnut stain...the title of the card was printed out

and cut and aged with tim holts walnut stain...
